Scoring Formula

Total Score = Push-up Points + Sit-up Points + Run Points
- Push-ups/Sit-ups: 1-100 points based on repetitions (e.g., 50 push-ups = 75 points).
- Run: 1-100 points based on time (e.g., 24:30 = 70 points).
Max score: 300 points.

How to Use
